Back in October, we told you about Washington State University’s new research winery. With a capacity of 5,000 gallons and more technical gizmos than the Batcave, it’s the beau ideal for wine research. New techniques, viable solutions to common problems, and efficiency development are just a few things to gain from the work being done there.
