It's 5 O'Clock Somewhere Artisan Craft Distillery, is now open for tasting in downtown Cashmere. Colin Levi and Eric Lunstrum, owners and master distillers, are enjoying creating new stillates in their new venture. "One of the unique things it that our distillates will all feature Washington grown fruits and grains as the base in the fermentation process. for instance, our first product is a mighty delicious Chilean stlye brandy that features local grapes," Colin said. The distillary and tasting room are located at 101 Maple Street in Cashmere, WA about a block east of the Aplets and Cottlets factory. Colin and Eric are working on a corn based whiskey they named Block and Tackle Moonshine. They plan the initial relaease in June. Feel free to give Colin a call at 509-860-0102.
